To streetgeezer: Thanks for your comment of: best music you've ever SEEN? It hadn't escaped me that I was talking about SEE-ing music (one normally says HEAR, no?) I first encountered this MASTERPIECE on video. I suppose it would have struck me, if I heard it on the radio but SEEING Sun House - Wow! What a performance. What can one say, without sounding unbelievable but I have never seen a performance like that before. Never. And I've seen some good ones. This is on another plane.

Man Son House is just amazing...look at the way he plays that guitar. And the words to this song are amazing!!! "Got a letter this morning said...the gal you love is dead" Nothing says blues...nothing says rock more than those lines. Son House is imitated but never duplicated!!!
