Compilation of pilots centrifuge training. The massive acceleration of G-Force causes people to black out and dream away for a moment which is called g-loc. Even funnier is how their faces are morphed by the acceleration :)

it happens when blood is being pulled by gravity away from your brain and towards your feet... one way to counter or reduce the effect would be to flex both your thigh and stomach muscles... happens mostly when the the a/c has to make a high G turn. Cheers!

What causes the blackout?I-m guessing blood rushing away from your brain.Anybody know?

yes, the g-forces are pulling the blood away from the head, when the g's are reduced, blood circulation returns, sometimes with shudders/convulsions.

Ach, it's dead easy, just make sure to press the button marked "fly", and stay away from the "crash" switch. You can't miss it, it's bright red.
