Nice video. If I get a nail on my foot. I dont want to know what color and shape is it. I just want to get it off. Mind causes only misery by creating dilemmas. When one of these "what is what? -problems" is solved you feel joy. Its a piece of mind that is set free. Get rid of the mind. That means: dont trust mind. Drop your thinking for a while. Mind=crap.
