Cmon. All he said was that sing the entire song correctly. If SPB took 23 takes for this song then nobody has a chance.

Actually it was taken 23 times not because of SPB, but due to the guitarist who couldn't match up.

Being good doesn't give anyone a right to be condescending. Anyway he's only a singer...anyone with a good voice can do that...he's not a musical genius

hahaha... so a singer doesn't need musical ability? You obviously haven't heard his compositions for one and you make it sound as if a singer's job is child's play. And why is he "condescending" in this video?!

he may be a good composer but i'd hardly say he's a genius in that respect. Singing is def easier than composing. And I feel he was a bit condescending in his comments...just my view..

You are entitled to your views, but when you make claims you should justify them. What did he say that made you think he was being condescending? I didn't say he's a great composer.I agree that composing is more difficult than singing, but both require musical talent. You need to be a musical genius to be one of the greatest singers. To be able to compose well on top of that is testament to his musical ability.
