so a quick question. your room has tile, as does mine. does that make the bass feel more powerful or focus the bass towards a part of the room. because that's what happens with me (not with the z-2300 but with another setup.) the bass is ight near my computer, but really strong near the corner of my room.. im getting the z-2300 anyways, since the bass is stronger than what i have. so back to my original question. having tile in the room, does it affect the sound in any way?

What do you mean it's not a subwoofer? Of course it's a speaker put there to play the low octaves because by definition, that's what a subwoofer is. I have seen the Z-2300's driver in car audio before... And 110 DB's is probably loud enough for most people anyway.

Yes of course. Just connect the "p2" connector into your notebook audio hole (The green one). It works in playstation too
