Obama's not gonna pick Sebelius because she has nothing to offer that Hillary Clinton doesn't have to offer. Kansas is a safe Republican state.

I think she'd make an appealing Obama VP. And it would also get the point across to all those "bitter women voters" that bypassing Hillary was because she's corrupt and annoying, not because she's female.
