The clear favourite to become Russia`s next President, Dmitry Medvedev, says he wants Vladimir Putin to be the country`s Prime Minister. Medvedev says it will ensure successful policies, which helped overcome economical and social problems, are continued.

I can't agree with you more. He's very intelligent and I'm certain he's very tough. It's just a nice good vs bad cop strategy that they've mastered with Mr Putin.
