dont think so. i dont hear a weak tone. there are many outreaching guitar players and i don“t want choose who of them is the best. in their own style they all are good.

I've seen this tape like 10 times, and the only mistake I've heard, if you could call it that, is 0:53. It is not a missed tone, just a weak one. That is the only mistakeish thing I've evver heard that man do on a guitar so far. But that a man could do so many complicated riffs just like that, is astonishing! All other guitarists can just go to bed. And I'm not afraid to go into the face of every one of them and say it. Even Hendrix himself! Clapton too!

i don't no which song is this at exactly 2.28, but at 2.33 is : The Entertainer by Scott Joplin, you can also find this here in youtube with the performance from Tommy Emmanuel ;-)
