@jdoggybizzle there is another B-29 known as "Doc" that was under restoration somewhere in Kansas. However when the recession hit, they ran out of money and last I heard the project is on hold.

my grandpa was the crew cheif on this plane for a long time with the caf it was so cool being a little kid going to air shows and such and hanging around planes fifi and diamond lil were the two i was around the most!!

These bombers were basically flown by 19 year old kids during WWll. From working on the farm to flying B-29s,,,wow!
